You feel welcomed by all the staff from the time you walk in till the time you leave. You can pick one specific doctor or you can see any one of them, they will look at your pets records before they come in. I recommend them whole heartedly.

I have just had one of the worst experiences of my life, and they were so kind, and considerate, and really professional. They handled my Gigi as if she were their own baby.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The vet took her time to properly consider which tests to run and carefully chose which medicines to use to treat our dog’s ear and skin infections and allergy. Follow up was exceptional with educational material provided along with a follow up appointment to monitor our dog’s progress. Highly recommend!

Dr Stitts was excellent! She was patient and answered all of my questions.
Everyone was very pleasant. I asked the assistant to the doctor on two occasions to change the way they do things because of my dog’s anxiety and she was very accommodating .I appreciate that very much. The doctor was great as well and took extra care when having to clean out my dog’s ear that had a lot of bacteria in it.

Dr. Binder has been great with our 7 year old Rottweiler. It’s good to know we have a veterinarian we trust and are comfortable with. She is the reason we stayed at the practice.
The staff members that I interacted with were all helpful and considerate of both my little dog and myself. Poor little girl needed several teeth extracted and everyone was so kind and gentle with her. A good experience under difficult circumstances. The prompt follow up the next day was appreciated also.

They have a great group of people on their staff list. Very friendly and helpful. Answer all my questions over the phone all the time, if they dont know they wil go out of their way to help figure it out for me and my dogs.
This is our new go to vet. They have three veterinarians on the staff makes getting appointments quick and easy. The front of the house staff is friendly and helpful genuinely excited to see your pets come in. Waiting room is easy to navigate there’s plenty of space to keep animals from getting too close and it is always spotless. When a vet sees your dog and says hey cutie patootie you know you’re in the right place. Lol
